Refund Policy

The ZamboniFunk Enterprise strives to offer clear, reliable, and meaningful services. To keep everything running smoothly for both you and me, the following policies apply to all purchases made through this website.

1. Digital Products (Video Readings, Short Readings, Courses, and Other Downloadable or Pre-Recorded Items)

All sales are final.
Because digital and pre-recorded products are delivered instantly or require preparation that begins immediately, they are non-refundable once purchased.

If you experience any technical issue accessing your content, please reach out and I’ll get it resolved as quickly as possible.

2. Live Consultations (Acuity-Scheduled Sessions)

Refund Window

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, or if you do not attend the appointment:

  • The session fee is non-refundable, and

  • You will receive a discount code for 50% off your next booking as a courtesy.

This helps protect my time while still allowing you to rebook at a reduced rate.

3. Courses & Educational Offerings

All course purchases—including Astrology From the Ground Up and Which Way to Wisdom?—are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any trouble accessing course materials, please reach out and I’ll help you get set up.

4. Merchandise (Printful Fulfillment)

All Sales Final for Buyer’s Remorse

Because all apparel and merchandise items are produced on-demand, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
I will submit a problem report to Printful, and they will (likely) replace the item at no additional cost.
