These Terms of Service govern your use of zambonifunk.com and all services, courses, readings, digital products, events, merchandise, and related offerings provided by A Ministry of Thanksgiving, Inc. (“the Ministry,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

You must be 18 years or older to use this website, purchase offerings, or engage with our services. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Purpose of Services and Disclaimer

Our offerings are intended for educational, spiritual, and personal growth purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. No reading, course, or consultation guarantees any particular outcome.

3. Intellectual Property

Except where noted below, all content on this site is the intellectual property of the Ministry. This includes but is not limited to:

You agree not to copy, post, redistribute, publish, or sell these materials without permission, except where explicitly allowed in these Terms.

You are always welcome to talk about your experience with our offerings. If you have critiques, please be respectful.

4. Client Ownership of Readings

Your reading belongs to you. You may share it privately or publicly in any format you wish, including clips, screenshots, transcripts, or full recordings.

Restriction:

  1. You may not present the reading as material that you created.

Outside of this limit, it is yours to use as you like.

5. Courses, Lectures, and Workbook Materials

  1. Please do not share, repost, or distribute the full workbook or full lecture videos.

  2. Quotes, selfies, small screenshots, short excerpts, and brief clips of me speaking are welcome.

  3. When sharing public excerpts, please tag @zambonifunk so people can find the source.

  4. You are welcome to reference or teach ideas you learned from my work, including original contributions such as my approach to outer planet dignity. If you include quotes or short excerpts of me speaking in your own teaching, including paid courses, please credit me by name.

  5. These materials may not be included in your own paid offerings, commercial products, or teachings in a way that replaces my course or presents my materials as your own.

  6. Please do not use any of my materials or my voice to train or feed AI systems.

Please enjoy the course and share your excitement, and please avoid giving away the whole thing. Please don't be a jerk.

6. Music

You are welcome to enjoy and share the music publicly in non-commercial contexts. DJs may play the music in sets.

Commercial use, including sync licensing, monetized videos, ads, film, or brand partnerships, requires written permission.

7. Artwork

Artwork featured on this website, including CongaFunk, Thank You, Breathe, Can't Help Myself, and others, is protected.

You may share artwork on social media with a tag. Be sure to tag Erika Lopez @odd.minds and Earth Maxwell @earthmanmaxwell where applicable.

You may not:

  1. Reproduce the artwork on merchandise

  2. Use artwork as a logo or brand identity

  3. Sell prints, files, or digital reproductions

  4. Include the artwork inside your own paid offerings

8. AI Restrictions

You may not use any Ministry content to train, feed, or improve artificial intelligence systems. This includes:

  1. Paid readings

  2. Course videos

  3. Workbooks

  4. Written materials

  5. Artwork

  6. Music

  7. Website text

This restriction applies to all commercial, research, or personal AI training environments.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Interfere with or disrupt the site

  2. Attempt to hack, scrape, or access private areas

  3. Harvest data from the site

  4. Misrepresent your identity

  5. Use content in ways that violate these Terms

  6. Use our materials to harass, target, or harm others

Please use the site and its resources with integrity.

10. Payment Terms

By making a purchase, you agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy posted on this website.

Chargebacks that violate the Refund Policy will be disputed.

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

11. Merch Fulfillment

Merchandise is fulfilled by Printful, a third-party production partner.

  1. Printful handles manufacturing, packaging, and shipping.

  2. Shipping delays, customs processing, or production errors can occur.

  3. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days so we can submit a problem report.

The Ministry is not responsible for operational delays outside our control but will help resolve issues whenever possible.

By subscribing to emails or making a purchase, you consent to receive messages from the Ministry, including:

  3. Offerings

  4. Birthday messages for clients who have shared their date of birth

You may unsubscribe at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Missouri courts unless otherwise required by law.
